Delete your account & data
Applies to NeuraScanr accounts (created to use Premium and cloud backup).
Free users
In free mode there is no account: your data lives only on your device. To remove everything, uninstall the app or clear its data in your Android settings.
Delete a cloud backup account
If you created an account (Premium), you can request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data:
By email: send a message from your account’s email address to privacy@neurascanr.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile.
- All documents backed up to the cloud.
- Associated technical logs.
Documents stored locally on your device are not affected by this request — remove them by uninstalling the app.
Timeframe
Your account and cloud data are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Some minimal records may be retained only where required by law, in anonymised form.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or the App Store) before or after requesting deletion.
